Answers to questions we often receive before a collaboration begins.

How does a collaboration start?

With a conversation. No obligations, no advance quote. We first want to understand what is going on: what you are trying to achieve, where things are stuck and what a realistic outcome would be. Only then will we discuss what a collaboration looks like and what it costs.

What are the costs of a project?

That depends on the size and complexity. We work on a fixed project price basis as well as on an hourly basis, depending on what best suits your situation. We are transparent about costs and do not provide a quote that we cannot fulfill. Small explorations or second opinions are often accessible and can be realized quickly.

How long does an implementation take?

A targeted solution can be delivered within a few weeks. A full CRM implementation usually takes longer, but we always work in steps that deliver results quickly. You don’t have to wait months before you see the first results.

Do you also work with existing systems?

Yes, and we do that a lot. Many organizations already have a Salesforce environment or a Power Platform implementation that does not fit well with practice. We identify what can be improved and improve it step by step, without rebuilding everything.

We already have an internal IT department. Can you work together on that?

Absolutely. We regularly work alongside internal IT teams. Sometimes as an expansion of capacity, sometimes as a specialist on a specific platform, sometimes as a sparring partner for architectural decisions. We connect to what is already there and transfer as soon as it makes sense.

How do you handle our data and privacy?

Carefully. GDPR, security and data ownership are not an afterthought but a standard part of every assignment. We record where data is stored, who has access to it and what happens when the collaboration ends. You always remain the owner of your own data.

Do you only work for large organizations?

No. We work specifically for SME organizations, foundations and NGOs that need serious technical support but do not have a large internal IT team. Our approach is scalable: from a small targeted assignment to a longer-term partnership.

What if we don’t know yet which system we need?

Then we start there. Platform choice is part of our services. We help you understand what the options are, what the tradeoffs are and which choice best suits your organization, your processes and your budget. Without preference for a particular platform.

What happens after delivery?

We remain available. For questions, improvements or further development. Or we neatly transfer it to your own team or a management party. What suits your situation. We always provide documentation so that you are not dependent on us for every small adjustment.

What makes BlazeForce different from a large consultancy firm?

You work directly with the consultant, not through an account manager or a changing project team. There are no thick reports that disappear into a drawer. We start small when it makes sense, are honest when something isn’t feasible, and focus on solutions that your team can actually use and manage.
